The economies of nations in Africa, Europe and the rest of the world are failing due to the impact of covid 19. Nigeria too is affected hence we need to move from the previous normal if we hope to survive the recession. There are different areas that investors should channel their money in order not to be caught unprepared.

STOCKS: Stocks are available in the Nigerian Stock exchange and foreign stock exchange.This involves the buying and owning of company and business shares. There are a number of good organizations to place cash into and purchase their shares.
AGRIC SECTOR
Another area that investors can leverage on is the Agricultural sector. Investors can invest in the cultivation of cash crops such as rice, beans, cassava, plantain and maize e.t.c. They can also go into rearing of animals like goats, cattle, poultry, pig and fish.
REAL ESTATE: This has to do with purchasing of properties, land or buildings and later selling them at a profit. this is quite lucrative in a developing country like Nigeria due to the ever increasing demand for land and building houses.
